Recently, the first session of the 15th Zhangjiakou People's Congress opened in Zhangjiakou International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The report of Zhangjiakou government proposed to accelerate the construction of green industrial system. It will focus on sports, culture and tourism, ice and snow, big data, renewable energy, modern manufacturing, and green agriculture and animal husbandry to promote green, low-carbon and sustainable development.

As the first landing project of Zhangjiakou Huailai Big Data Industrial Base, HOYINN (Huailai) Technology Industrial Campus is advancing in an orderly manner. The first phase of the project covers an area of nearly 300,000 square meters, and will promote the overall green transformation of digital economy development by constructing an innovative integrated system of "green energy supply + green energy use" and an ecological chain of green digital economy industry.

Lv Zhiyong, general manager of Hoyinn in surveyed said that as an emerging force in the field of IDC industry, Hoyinn has always adhered to the goal of "carbon neutrality" ，and is committed to building an ecosystem platform for the green digital economy through renewable energy and creating a zero-carbon data center industrial cluster with international influence. Hoyinn will continue to closely follow the national strategy to promote the largest industrial clusters landing in greater Beijing area, and support Zhangjiakou as the main engine to the development of north of Beijing science and technology innovation, to undertake the overflow function of the traditional data center with non-capital functions, making a contribution to the development of green economy in Huailai county, Zhangjiakou and Hebei province.
