Job responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the management and maintenance of infrastructure such as  data center 、weak current room precision air conditioning, UPS and environmental control system;
2. Timely deal with the faults of infrastructure such as data center, precision air conditioner of weak current room, UPS and environmental control system, and carry out relevant optimization and improvement work;
3. Daily monitoring, inspection and fault recording of infrastructure such as data center, precision air conditioner of weak current room, UPS and environmental control system;
4. Planned adjustment or change of air conditioning temperature and humidity, power supply system, UPS battery capacity and other contents in the data center and weak current room;
5. Daily d0cument output of equipment management specifications and usage methods in data center and weak current room. 
6. Be able to work overtime due to troubleshooting.

Qualification：
1. College degree or above, 3-5 years of relevant working experience, proficient in data center, IDC room air conditioning, power, environmental control and other infrastructure operation principle, with relevant operation and maintenance management experience;
2. Electrician certificate is required;
3, Adapt to holidays and night duty situation, have a good sense of responsibility, operation and maintenance safety awareness, customer awareness, team spirit and psychological ability, can work under great pressure;
4. Experience in data center infrastructure operation and maintenance of large production enterprises is preferred.

Job responsibilities：
1. Understand the status quo, new technology and development trend of the data center industry, and have certain research on the cooling operation and optimization of the data center;
2. Responsible for site investigation, preliminary communication and construction plan preparation of hVAC system engineering of data center, and completed the review of hVAC professional drawings and bill of quantities of data center;
3. Responsible for compiling technical requirements for bidding of air conditioning equipment in data center, and assisting in the bidding, construction technical support and project completion acceptance of data center;
4. Responsible for on-site management and technical guidance of data center online transformation;
5. Coordinate with the general contractor and the supervision unit to deal with on-site problems.

Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above, hVAC/refrigeration/thermal power related major, familiar with HVAC system design, more than three years of data center construction experience；Experience in independently completing the construction of various air conditioning systems in large data centers;
2. Proficient in hVAC related professional knowledge, master relevant specifications and regulations, technical data regulations;
3. Master the data center refrigeration and ventilation system construction standards, and be familiar with the national construction specifications;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and good team work spirit, good communication skills and writing skills. Have strong execution ability and communication skill.

1、Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years financial experience in data center;
2、Rich experience in financial management and analysis in data center industry, with keen risk monitoring ability;
3、Familiar with constructing, cost and operation characteristics of data center industry;
4、Experience in establishing a unified business finance system for a complete joint venture company;
5、Experience in auditing firm is preferred.

1、Organize the company and subordinate regional companies to establish planning system and system;
2、Track the project progress of the company in each region, and put forward suggestions for correcting deviations in the progress；
3、To examine and approve special plans formulated by relevant engineering construction departments and follow up their implementation;
4、Regularly convene planning and schedule coordination meetings, balance and adjust the deviation between actual construction and plan, and write meeting minutes.

1、Be familiar with national laws and regulations and relevant regulations on project cost management, master the theoretical knowledge of the professional, familiar with engineering drawings, master the project budget quota and relevant policies and regulations;
2、Able to complete project bidding quotation independently, responsible for preparing project bidding quantity list
3、Responsible for timely survey of construction site, refer to relevant d0cuments and materials, check the implementation of contracts and agreements;
4、Responsible for the audit of project budget, completion settlement and completion final account.

1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、3 years working experience in mechanical and electrical installation cost;
3、Strong current and weak current related project experience in data center.

1、Familiar with heating, air conditioning, ventilation and various heat pump systems；
2、Write technical improvement plan and provide technical support for company bidding；
3、Responsible for former period designing plan and feasibility study report;
4、Independently calculate the quantity of hVAC purification works and prepare the technical part of bidding d0cuments
5、Control construction material progress, installation progress and quality standard.

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in water supply and drainage, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.
2、Experience in data center and technology plant projects.

Job responsibilities：
1、Responsible for the drafting, review, modification and contract management of all kinds of company contracts, agreements and other business d0cuments;
2、Responsible for the company process compliance construction and risk control, etc;
3、Responsible for daily legal support, consultation, legal training, etc;
4、Litigation related to contract disputes will be promoted to reduce the risk of receivables.

Qualification：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in law, 1 to 2 years related working experience, real estate and data center industry background;
2、With legal practice experience, able to independently review, modify all kinds of contracts, draft legal d0cuments;
3、Strong communication and expression skills, good team spirit, with certain analysis, processing, strain ability, can use legal knowledge to solve all kinds of legal problems encountered by the company.
