From September 6 to 8, 2021, China International Digital Economy Expo 2021, co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Hebei Province, was kicked off. According to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Comprehensive Big Data Pilot Zone Construction Plan approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Cyberspace Administration of China, Zhangjiakou city is clearly proposed to explore a new path for the joint development of big data with new energy and intelligent manufacturing. Adhering to the mission of "Achieve Data Value", and under the guidance of "New Infrastructure" and "Carbon Natural" strategy, Hoyinn is committed to providing data momentum for Zhangjiakou region to become the main engine of scientific and technological innovation in North Beijing, and taking over the overflow functions of traditional data centers with non-capital functions. Through the utilization of natural and renewable energy, create a "zero carbon" hyper-scale data center industrial cluster around Beijing -- HOYINN (Huailai) Technology Industrial Campus, and make it as the base to build an ecosystem platform for the green digital economy to jointly promote the development of digital economy in Zhangjiakou with partners.

HOYINN (Huailai) Technology Industrial Campus attracted wide attention in Zhangjiakou Huailai branch, The first phase of the project covers an area of 300,000 square meters, which can accommodate more than 50,000 cabinets, more than 500,000 servers and a total power supply of one million KVA. In the panel discussion of “Gathering data in Huailai to empower an innovative leading”, Wang Jianxin, general manger of M&O team in Hoyinn, expressed that Huailai has the natural advantage of wind power generation, which is conducive to the construction of “Green Data Ecosystem” that Hoyinn has been advocating. By realizing local consumption of green energy, we can build a new pattern of green energy and renewable resources with resource sharing, complementary advantages and coordinated development, as well as the joint development of digital economy. In the discussion of "Creating a New Highland for Innovation and Development of Huailai Big Data Industry", Xu Rui said that infrastructure construction was only the beginning, and its real value was to collect more data. Based on this, Hoyinn and its partners will analyze and mine data according to the development needs of vertical industries, improve the value of data, form a transaction, and finally confirm the rights of data. In this way, upstream and downstream enterprises of a certain vertical industry ecological chain and more vertical industry ecological chains are gathered into the whole big data ecological chain of Huailai, so as to improve the development of the big data industrial chain of Huailai. First, to solve the problem of data property rights confirmation, there is still a lack of a strong mechanism for data property rights confirmation. Second, data exchange still lacks a credible trading platform. The third is the unimpeded and convenient data transaction, the need for more clear data transaction value and eva1uation methods. In the future, we can start from vertical industries. With the accumulation of data and the expansion of the industry, we will continue to experiment with data trading and data confirmation solutions and their convenience, which we believe that will bring greater value to Huailai big data industry chain.
